Lytham lost the toss and were put into bat on a very bouncy wicket. After a rocky start Lytham U11 came back to post a total of 285 for 5 of their 20 overs. Everybody from the Lytham Side contributed well, with Matt Radley scoring 26 and Matty Mcgreehin scoring 13.
 
Mitch Bolus was St Annes Best Bowler with 2 for 17. St Annes scored 209 for 11. St Annes lost wickets at regular intervals during their 20 overs.
 
Lytham's Danny Yates had a fine bowling display with 4 for 10 including a hat trick. Also, Josh Radley younger brother to Matt played his first competitive game for Lytham and was outstanding. He took 2 for 12 in his 2 overs. Lytham also were tight in the field with an excellent display of wicket keeping from Maxwell Reid.
